Learn to become a cycle instructor
Are you aspiring to become a cycle instructor at a beat-based studio or looking to enhance your riding skills? This 4-week workshop is designed to help you become a stronger rider while teaching you the essential components of leading a class. Led by Spoke’s lead cycle trainers, Maggie and Kristine, you'll learn proper bike setup and form, how to understand BPMs and structure a class, as well as how to cue choreography effectively.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll lead a five-song series, showcasing everything you've learned and preparing you for the next step in your instructing journey! Limited spots available.

Absolutely! This workshop is a fantastic way to explore whether the instructor path is something you're truly interested in, without fully committing to a complete training program. It's also perfect for anyone looking to improve their riding skills and gain a deeper understanding of the fundamentals of cycling, as well as the reasoning behind class form and choreography.

No. To apply to audition as a Spoke cycle instructor, you must meet either of these two requirements
Participated in Spoke’s workshop or,
Rode at least 50 classes at the studio and have previous coaching experience.

No. There will be an opportunity to submit your audition application alongside others who are interested. The workshop is an excellent way to prepare and work towards the audition opportunity.

You only have to complete the workshop once.

No, it is not required. However, please note that there are no makeup sessions for missed workshop dates.
